Returns + Exchanges

• If for any reason you're not happy with any of the items, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange it for another style that you may prefer. You can refund the goods by sending them back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping or other charges. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition! Please email us at info@fopseven.com before returning / ordering if you are unsure. 

• Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or a mistake is made on our behalf. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

• We recommend keeping the receipt and saving the tracking number of your return shipment. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs (Collect on Delivery). We are not responsible for missing packages.
